Although it is not the easiest material to work with, I love broderie anglaise. It combines old world charm with romantic thoughts. When I saw this material I wanted to make something that is formal and playful at the same time. So here is this long-sleeved blouse that closes on the back with fasteners and has playful frills on the shoulders. It works well with a denim skirt but looks equally unique with a more elegant bottom.
